What began on a country lane…

A paisa from Marinilla and a German from Sielenbach, in Bavaria, met in the highlands of Antioquia. From that meeting came three paisa-German children and a bakery that weaves two traditions together: paisa warmth and a Bavarian heart.

Two years ago we kneaded our first loaves on a country lane in San Rafael. Today we bake in Marinilla, with the same family recipes and the same unhurried patience.

We ferment with a natural starter we tend every day. More flavour, easier digestion, zero chemical yeasts.
